　　五月的鹏城，生机勃发，绿意葱茏。2025医院认证与质量安全发展大会拟于2025年5月24日至25日在广东省深圳市前海国际会议中心举行，现诚挚邀请各专家学者、行业领袖及同仁共襄盛举，分享洞见，共启未来！

　　本次大会由深圳市卫健医院评审评价研究中心（简称“中心”）、国际医疗质量协会（ISQua）、香港医院管理局共同主办，由健康界、广东省医院协会、广东省颐养健康慈善基金会、海南博鳌医学创新研究院共同协办。中心成立于2020年，旨在落实深圳建设中国特色社会主义先行示范区综合改革试点关于探索建立与国际接轨的医院评审认证标准体系的工作要求。四年筚路蓝缕，中心顺利通过了国际医疗质量协会外部评审会（IEEA）的《国际医院评审认证标准（中国）》（简称CIHA）认证、评审员培训认证以及机构管理认证，使我国在国际医院评审认证领域取得了质的突破。

　　会议将以“一带一路合作助力打造高水平医院认证体系，提升医疗质量与患者安全”为主题，凝聚产、学、研、用等多方力量，邀请国家及部分地区卫生健康行政部门、国内外及港澳地区的医院管理者、专家学者、医药科技机构代表，围绕患者安全全球挑战与应对策略、国际医院评审认证体系建设、医疗卫生领域的人工智能和大数据等议题展开友好交流。由香港医院管理局主办的2025医院管理局研讨大会的会前会也将同期在深圳举办。

　　谨此，本次大会将进一步推进“一带一路”国家在国际医院评审认证领域的务实合作，汇聚东西方智慧，探讨高水平医院评审认证体系建设，共同致力于更好地提升医疗质量、保障患者安全、增添民众福祉，助力打造人类卫生健康共同体。

Dear all,

We are honored to announce that the Conference on Patient Safety and Hospital Accreditation (2025) will be held on Saturday, May 24 to Sunday, May 25, 2025,and have the greatest pleasure in inviting you to attend.

This landmark event, which will take place in Shenzhen, China, a city renowned for its pioneering spirit and dynamic innovation, is organized by the Shenzhen Healthcare Accreditation and Research Center (SHARC), the International Society for Quality in Healthcare (ISQua), and the Hong Kong Hospital Authority. Aiming to foster global collaboration in advancing healthcare quality standards and patient safety systems, the conference will be attended by over 700 healthcare leaders, policymakers, researchers, and industry innovators from more than 20 countries.

Since its establishment in 2020 as part of China’s healthcare reform initiative, SHARC has achieved a historic milestone by obtaining triple accreditation from ISQua’s International External Evaluation Association (IEEA) for its CIHA Standards (China International Hospital Accreditation), Surveyor Training Programme, and External Evaluation Organization, marking a transformative step in aligning China’s healthcare practices with global benchmarks. Against this backdrop, this Conference is organized to serve as a pivotal platform to explore synergies between the Belt and Road Initiative in the enhancement of quality and safety in hospitals through external evaluation and accreditation, and the development of high-standard accreditation frameworks, ultimately contributing to equitable and resilient health systems worldwide.

Themed “Belt and Road Collaboration in Development of Optimal Healthcare Accreditation System to Improve Quality and Patient Safety ”, the Conference will delve into critical topics such as global patient safety challenges, AI-driven healthcare innovations, hospital performance optimization, and cross-regional strategies for health equity. Distinguished speakers will share best practices in Plenary Sessions from diverse contexts, offering actionable insights to address emerging issues like data interoperability, workforce training, and sustainable resource allocation. In addition, parallel Sessions will feature interactive workshops, policy round-tables, and case study presentations designed to bridge theory and practice.
